I am a poultry and animal nutrition scientist focused on sustainable poultry production, intestinal biology and gut health. My research spans chicken intestinal mucosa and enteroendocrine physiology, gut immunity and microbiota, molecular biology, sustainable feed additives, alternative feed ingredients, and biologically informed precision agriculture. I connect mechanistic research with applied production questions to improve poultry health, productivity, resilience and environmental sustainability.
